Waldgang is operated by SYSTEM SCHMID, based in Switzerland. Waldgang organises structured forest walks paired with conversation formats in the Zurich area.

What information we collect

When you sign up via our waitlist form, we collect the following personal information:

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to match you with a suitable walking partner, coordinate walk logistics, and send you updates about Waldgang. We never sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited promotional emails beyond Waldgang-related communications.

Where we store it

All personal information is stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies, hosted by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, AWS eu-central-1). Access to the database is restricted to Waldgang organisers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.

Exercising your rights

Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@systemschmid.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, local storage, or any tracking scripts. We do not use analytics tools. No behavioural profiling takes place on this site.
